LC EFFICIENCY

The processes in all our departments are aimed at facilitating the efficient execution of our projects. They are clearly defined and constantly measured to ensure high-level production, optimal management of each department and its collaborators, as well as perfectly efficient coordination between departments.

We use Cloud-based technology that allows us to manage data from different sources such as Microsoft Business Central. This tool maintains a live visualization of the cost, allows the follow-up of the agreements with our clients, suppliers and contractors, building. Periodical reports provide clarity to Management and the Purchasing, Operations and Treasury departments. It allows us to manage business flow information and process optimization extracting data from each of our project during the building process.

In all LC Constructora projects we observe standardized Order, Hygiene and Safety processes and manuals aligned with the ISO 45001-2018 Standard, which directly impacts risk control and improves performance.
